The shahadah
Becoming Muslim is simple: sincerely declaring the shahadah — that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger. We can witness and guide this in a warm, unhurried way.
Then the Nikah
Once both partners are Muslim, we proceed with the Nikah — offer and acceptance, Mahr, two witnesses, and du'a. If you also hold an Ontario marriage licence, we solemnize the legal marriage at the same time.
Support beyond the ceremony
