The Prophet ﷺ said: “May Allah have mercy on a man who rises at night to pray and wakes his wife; if she refuses, he sprinkles water on her face. And may Allah have mercy on a woman who rises at night to pray and wakes her husband…” (Abū Dāwūd — ṣaḥīḥ). Those who do are written among the men and women who remember Allah much.
العربية: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: «رحم الله رجلًا قام من الليل فصلّى وأيقظ امرأته… ورحم الله امرأةً قامت من الليل فصلّت وأيقظت زوجها». (أبو داود).
Encourage your spouse and family to pray at night — even two rakʿah together.
