Begin every meal with the name of Allah. The Prophet ﷺ taught a child: "Say Bismillāh, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is nearest to you." (al-Bukhārī & Muslim). If you forget, say: "Bismillāhi awwalahu wa ākhirahu."
