The Prophet ﷺ often said: “Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min al‑hammi wal‑ḥazan, wal‑ʿajzi wal‑kasal, wal‑bukhli wal‑jubn, wa ḍalaʿi-d‑dayn, wa ghalabati-r‑rijāl.” (al-Bukhārī). He ﷺ also said: “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though in each is good.” (Muslim).
العربية: عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: كان النبيّ ﷺ يُكثر أن يقول: «اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهمّ والحزن، والعجز والكسل، والبخل والجبن، وضلع الدَّين، وغلبة الرجال». (البخاري).
