A short, powerful istighfār. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever says ‘Astaghfirullāha-lladhī lā ilāha illā huwa-l‑Ḥayyu-l‑Qayyūm wa atūbu ilayh,’ his sins are forgiven even if he had fled from battle.” (Abū Dāwūd & Tirmidhī — ṣaḥīḥ). It joins seeking forgiveness with affirming Allah's oneness.
العربية: عن زيدٍ مولى النبيّ ﷺ عن النبيّ ﷺ قال: «مَن قال: أستغفر الله الذي لا إله إلا هو الحيّ القيّوم وأتوب إليه، غُفِر له وإن كان فرّ من الزحف». (أبو داود والترمذي).
