When you board any transport, remember Allah. ʿAlī described the Prophet ﷺ saying ‘Bismillāh’ as he placed his foot to mount, then ‘Alḥamdulillāh,’ then: “SubḥānalladhÄ« sakhkhara lanā hādhā wa mā kunnā lahu muqrinīn, wa innā ilā Rabbinā la‑munqalibūn,” then ‘Alḥamdulillāh’ ×3 and ‘Allāhu Akbar’ ×3, then “Subḥānaka innī ẓalamtu nafsī faghfir lī.” (Abū Dāwūd & Tirmidhī — ṣaḥīḥ).
العربية: عن عليّ رضي الله عنه أنّ النبيّ ﷺ كان إذا استوى على دابّته قال: «سبحان الذي سخّر لنا هذا وما كنّا له مقرنين، وإنّا إلى ربّنا لمنقلبون»، ثم «الحمد لله» ثلاثًا، و«الله أكبر» ثلاثًا، ثم «سبحانك إني ظلمتُ نفسي فاغفر لي». (أبو داود والترمذي).
