From Fajr of the Day of ʿArafah until ʿAṣr of the last day of Tashrīq, say the takbīr after every obligatory prayer. ʿUmar would say it in his tent at Minā and the people would take it up; Ibn ʿUmar said it in those days and after the prayers. (al-Bukhārī). Its form: “Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar, lā ilāha illa-llāh, wa-llāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar wa lillāhi-l‑ḥamd.”

From ʿArafah day to the end of Tashrīq, say the takbīr after every farḍ prayer.
