When something wondrous strikes you, glorify Allah. Once Abū Hurayrah avoided the Prophet ﷺ thinking himself impure; the Prophet ﷺ said: “SubḥānAllāh! The believer is not impure.” (al-Bukhārī). The Companions would say ‘SubḥānAllāh’ in astonishment. (al-Bukhārī).
العربية: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنّ النبيّ ﷺ قال له حين ظنّ أنه لا يجالسه لجنابته: «سبحان الله! إنّ المسلم لا ينجُس». (البخاري).
At anything astonishing, say ‘SubḥānAllāh’ — recognizing Allah's power over all things.
