If you stir at night, your duʿā then is answered. The Prophet ﷺ said: whoever wakes in the night and says “Lā ilāha illa-llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu-l‑mulku wa lahu-l‑ḥamd, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr; al‑ḥamdu lillāh, wa subḥānAllāh, wa lā ilāha illa-llāh, wa-llāhu Akbar, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh,” then says “Allāhumma-ghfir lī” or supplicates, he is answered; and if he prays, his prayer is accepted. (al-Bukhārī).
If you wake at night, don't waste it — say this dhikr and make duʿā; it is a time of answered prayer.
