The Prophet ﷺ would not sleep until he recited the ‘Musabbiḥāt’ (the sūrahs beginning with tasbīḥ), and said: “In them is a verse better than a thousand verses.” (Tirmidhī — ḥasan). ʿĀʾishah said he would not sleep until he recited az‑Zumar and Banī Isrāʾīl (al‑Isrāʾ). (Tirmidhī).
العربية: عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: «كان النبيّ ﷺ لا ينام حتى يقرأ الزُّمَر وبني إسرائيل». (الترمذي). وكان يقرأ المُسبِّحات قبل أن ينام. (الترمذي).
Before sleep, read some of the Musabbiḥāt (such as al‑Isrāʾ, al‑Ḥashr, al‑Ṣaff, al‑Jumuʿah, al‑Aʿlā).
