When good news reaches you — a success, a recovery, relief from hardship — fall in prostration to thank Allah. Abū Bakrah said: “When something that pleased him came to the Prophet ﷺ, or he was given good news, he would fall down in prostration, thanking Allah.” (Abū Dāwūd — ṣaḥīḥ).
العربية: عن أبي بكرة رضي الله عنه أنّ النبيّ ﷺ كان إذا جاءه أمرُ سرورٍ أو بُشِّر به «خرّ ساجدًا شاكرًا لله». (أبو داود).
