The Prophet ﷺ said: “When one of you has prayed Jumuʿah, let him pray four rakʿah after it.” (Muslim). Ibn ʿUmar reported he ﷺ would pray two rakʿah after it at home. (al-Bukhārī & Muslim). There is no fixed Sunnah before Jumuʿah — only tahiyyat al‑masjid and voluntary prayer until the imam ascends.
العربية: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: «مَن كان منكم مُصلّيًا بعد الجمعة فليُصلّ أربعًا». (مسلم). وكان ابن عمر يُصلّي بعد الجمعة ركعتين في بيته. (البخاري ومسلم).
