Make ḥamd the seal of your day. When the Prophet ﷺ went to his bed he would say: “Alḥamdulillāhi-lladhī aṭʿamanā wa saqānā, wa kafānā wa āwānā — for how many have none to suffice or shelter them.” (Muslim).
العربية: عن أنس رضي الله عنه أنّ رسول الله ﷺ كان إذا أوى إلى فراشه قال: «الحمد لله الذي أطعمنا وسقانا، وكفانا وآوانا، فكم ممّن لا كافيَ له ولا مُؤويَ». (مسلم).
Before sleep, thank Allah for food, drink, safety and shelter — blessings many are denied.
