The Prophet ﷺ said: “Charity does not decrease wealth; Allah increases the honour of one who forgives; and no one humbles himself for Allah but Allah raises him.” (Muslim). Asked how often to pardon a servant, he said: “Seventy times a day.” (Abū Dāwūd — ṣaḥīḥ). Allah loves those who pardon (Āl ʿImrān 3:134).
العربية: عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أنّ رجلًا سأل النبيّ ﷺ: كم أعفو عن الخادم؟ فصمت، ثم قال: «كلّ يومٍ سبعين مرة». (أبو داود والترمذي).
