When the Prophet ﷺ rose for qiyām he would say ‘Allāhu Akbar’ ten times, ‘Alḥamdulillāh’ ten, ‘SubḥānAllāh’ ten, ‘Lā ilāha illa-llāh’ ten, and seek forgiveness ten times, then say: “Allāhumma-ghfir lī wahdinī warzuqnī waʿāfinī,” seeking refuge from the distress of the Standing on the Day of Judgement. (Abū Dāwūd — ṣaḥīḥ).
العربية: عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أنّ النبيّ ﷺ كان إذا قام من الليل كبّر عشرًا، وحمِد عشرًا، وسبّح عشرًا، وهلّل عشرًا، واستغفر عشرًا، وقال: «اللهم اغفر لي واهدني وارزقني وعافني»، ويتعوّذ من ضِيق المقام يوم القيامة. (أبو داود).
