The supplication the Prophet ﷺ said most was short and all‑encompassing. Anas said his most frequent duʿā was: “Rabbanā ātinā fi-d‑dunyā ḥasanah, wa fi-l‑ākhirati ḥasanah, wa qinā ʿadhāba-n‑nār.” (al-Bukhārī & Muslim).
العربية: عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: كان أكثرُ دعاء النبيّ ﷺ: «اللهم ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة، وفي الآخرة حسنة، وقنا عذاب النار». (البخاري ومسلم).
Make this short duʿā a constant — it asks for all the good of this life and the next.
