The servant is closest to his Lord in prostration — so ask much there. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The closest a servant is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so make much supplication.” (Muslim).

In your sujūd — in prayer or a voluntary prostration — pour out your needs to Allah.
