The Companions came early to Jumuʿah, so they delayed lunch and the midday nap until after it. Sahl ibn Saʿd said: “We would not take our midday nap nor eat lunch except after Jumuʿah.” (al-Bukhārī & Muslim).

العربية: عن سهل بن سعد رضي الله عنهما قال: «ما كنّا نَقيل ولا نتغدّى إلا بعد الجمعة». (البخاري ومسلم).

Come early to Jumuʿah, and take your lunch and rest after the prayer — a blessed Friday rhythm.
