The best supplication is praise of Allah. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best dhikr is ‘Lā ilāha illa-llāh,’ and the best supplication is ‘Alḥamdulillāh.’” (Tirmidhī — ḥasan). And: “Alḥamdulillāh fills the Scale.” (Muslim).
العربية: عن جابر رضي الله عنهما أنّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: «أفضلُ الذِّكر لا إله إلا الله، وأفضلُ الدعاء الحمد لله». (الترمذي). وقال ﷺ: «والحمدُ لله تملأ الميزان». (مسلم).
Say “Alḥamdulillāh” often — after prayer, after eating, and at every blessing.
