The Prophet ﷺ said: “They (your servants/workers) are your brothers whom Allah has placed under your hand; let him feed him from what he eats, clothe him from what he wears, and not burden him beyond his capacity — and if he does, let him help him.” (al-Bukhārī). And: “When your servant brings your food, let him sit and eat with you; if it is little, put a morsel or two in his hand.” (Muslim).
العربية: عن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه عن النبيّ ﷺ قال: «إخوانكم خَوَلُكم، جعلهم الله تحت أيديكم، فمن كان أخوه تحت يده فليُطعمه مما يأكل، وليُلبسه مما يلبس، ولا يُكلّفه ما يغلبه». (البخاري).
Share your food with workers and helpers, treat them as brothers, and never overburden them.
