Fast the Day of ʿArafah

For those not performing Ḥajj, fasting ʿArafah expiates two years. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Fasting the Day of ʿArafah — I hope from Allah that it expiates the year before it and the year after it.” (Muslim).

العربية: عن أبي قتادة رضي الله عنه أنّ النبيّ ﷺ قال: «صيامُ يوم عرفة أحتسبُ على الله أن يُكفّر السنة التي قبله والسنة التي بعده». (مسلم).

If you are not on Ḥajj, fast the 9th of Dhul‑Ḥijjah — two years of sins wiped away.
