The Prophet ﷺ ordered that prayer spots be made in the dwellings and kept clean and perfumed. (Abū Dāwūd & Tirmidhī — ṣaḥīḥ). ʿItbān asked him to pray in a spot in his house to take as a place of prayer, and he did. (al-Bukhārī). A prayer corner invites voluntary and night prayers and teaches the children.

Set aside a clean corner at home for ṣalāh — it revives voluntary worship and teaches the family.
