The Prophet ﷺ said: “Allah does not listen to anything as He listens to a Prophet reciting the Qur'an beautifully aloud.” (al-Bukhārī & Muslim). And: “He is not one of us who does not beautify (his voice with) the Qur'an.” (al-Bukhārī).
العربية: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنّ النبيّ ﷺ قال: «ما أذِن الله لشيءٍ ما أذِن لنبيٍّ حسنِ الصوت يتغنّى بالقرآن». (البخاري ومسلم). وقال: «ليس منّا من لم يتغنّ بالقرآن». (البخاري).
Recite slowly and beautifully, from the correct makhraj, with a humble voice and present heart.
