Generosity of manner in trade is Sunnah. The Prophet ﷺ said: “May Allah have mercy on a man who is easy‑going when he sells, when he buys, and when he asks for repayment.” (al-Bukhārī).

العربية: عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما أنّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: «رحم الله رجلًا سمحًا إذا باع، وإذا اشترى، وإذا اقتضى». (البخاري).

In every deal, give a little and don't be harsh — leniency earns mercy and wins hearts.
