In distress, mention a sincere good deed and ask Allah to relieve you by it. The Prophet ﷺ told of three men trapped in a cave by a boulder; each asked Allah for relief by a sincere deed — kindness to parents, chastity out of fear of Allah, and honest return of a worker's wages — and the boulder moved until they walked out. (al-Bukhārī).
When in hardship, mention a sincere good deed to Allah and ask relief by it — a beautiful form of duʿā.
