Three days before his death the Prophet ﷺ said: “Let none of you die except thinking well of Allah.” (Muslim). And Allah says: “I am as My servant thinks of Me.” (al-Bukhārī). Hope in His mercy — joined with sincere repentance and good deeds.
العربية: عن جابر رضي الله عنه أنّ النبيّ ﷺ قال قبل موته بثلاث: «لا يموتنّ أحدكم إلا وهو يُحسن الظنّ بالله». (مسلم). وقال ﷺ: «يقول الله: أنا عند ظنّ عبدي بي». (البخاري).
Expect mercy and good from Allah — never despair — while striving in obedience and repentance.
