The Prophet ﷺ said: “Charity does not decrease wealth; Allah increases the honour of one who forgives; and no one humbles himself for Allah but Allah raises him.” (Muslim). He ﷺ sat with the poor, rode a donkey, and would let a servant‑girl lead him by the hand to see to her need. (al-Bukhārī).
العربية: عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: «ما نقصت صدقةٌ من مال، وما زاد الله عبدًا بعفوٍ إلا عزًّا، وما تواضع أحدٌ لله إلا رفعه الله». (مسلم).
Lower yourself before people for Allah's sake — greet all, sit humbly, serve others; Allah raises the humble.
