"Indeed, Allah has ninety-nine names — one hundred less one — whoever aḥṣāhā (learns, understands and lives by them) will enter Paradise." — al-Bukhārī & Muslim
Learning Allah's names means knowing their meaning, calling upon Him by them, and letting them shape how we live. Begin with these:
- Ar-Raḥmān — The Most Compassionate, whose mercy embraces all creation.
- Ar-Raḥīm — The Most Merciful, especially to the believers.
- Al-Malik — The Sovereign King, owner of everything.
- Al-Quddūs — The Most Pure, free of every fault.
- As-Salām — The Source of Peace and safety.
- Al-Ghaffār — The Ever-Forgiving, who forgives again and again.
Pick one name each week. Reflect on its meaning, and call on Allah by it in your du'ā:
