"Whoever revives a sunnah of mine that has died after me will have a reward like those who act upon it." — at-Tirmidhī
Reviving the Prophet's ﷺ way doesn't require grand acts — it lives in small daily habits:
- Say Bismillāh before eating, and eat with the right hand from what is nearest.
- Use the miswak (or brush) to clean the mouth, especially before prayer and sleep.
- Sleep on your right side and recite the bedtime adhkār.
- Say the du'ā when entering and leaving the home and the masjid.
- Give salām first and spread it widely — "you will not enter Paradise until you love one another; spread salām among you." (Muslim)
- Smile — "your smiling in your brother's face is charity." (at-Tirmidhī)
- Drink in three breaths, sitting, saying Bismillāh and Alḥamdulillāh.
Pick one this week and make it a habit. Each small revival is a living link to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
