**Eid Al Adha will follow on Sunday, June 16, 2024.**

 

 

 

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,

Al Rayan Islamic Centre extends its warmest congratulations to the Muslim Ummah in general and the Muslims in Durham Region in particular upon the arrival of Eid Ul Adha. We are pleased to announce that today, Friday, June 7, 2024, marks the First day of Dhul Hijjah.

The Day of Arafat will be observed on Saturday, June 15, 2024, inshaAllah.

 

Eid Al Adha will follow on Sunday, June 16, 2024. This determination is based on the global moon sighting.

May Allah bless the entire Muslim world with accepted worship, successful animal sacrifices, and prosperity. May those performing Hajj return with acceptance and blessings.
